麻豆原创 NEXT is the comprehensive career development and on-campus student employment office at 麻豆原创. Our mission is to empower Teachers College students and alumni by providing them with the skills, resources, and opportunities to plan and navigate their chosen career pathways, from their first day at 麻豆原创 and throughout their professional lives. 麻豆原创 NEXT offers a wide range of services, including:

The NEXUS Model
麻豆原创 NEXT operates on a research-based, theory-informed approach to graduate career services known as the NEXUS. Encompassing a wide range of professional experiences and needs, NEXUS is a non-linear model created for students and alumni to engage, within our channels, where they feel most comfortable and ready. All 麻豆原创 NEXT programming and services are created to support individuals’ development in one or more of the six elements of the NEXUS, including Community, Strategy, Growth, Purpose, Identity, and Skill Building.
