On behalf of (GSLD) at Teachers College, we invite Teachers College graduate students, admitted for the Summer 2026 term, to join us for our College-wide Summer 2026 New Student Orientation (NSO) Program hosted on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The Summer Welcome is open to enrolled and deposited Teachers College graduate students admitted for the Summer 2026 term. Registration will launch in May 2026 and information will be sent to your 麻豆原创 email address.
Summer start students will also be available to join our College-wide Fall 2026 New Student Orientation (NSO). Fall NSO 2026 is scheduled for August 25 - August 27 (more information to come).
Enjoy informative sessions designed to introduce newly admitted students to graduate school and the College community. Learn essential information about the 麻豆原创 student experience and enjoy social activities with fellow new 麻豆原创 students. While not all NSO sessions are mandatory, your attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure a successful start to your 麻豆原创 journey.
International students will have a mandatory orientation through the as well, and more information will be sent at a later date.
Outside of the College-wide welcome, you may be invited to a welcome session from your Academic Program so please continue to monitor your email for more information.
You will be invited to join our 麻豆原创 Foundations course at the time of your enrollment. This course is an asynchronous online onboarding course dedicated to adjusting to graduate school. You’ll get to learn more about 麻豆原创 history, our NYC neighborhood, how to get involved, and review the Student Code of Conduct through this course.
