Elizabeth Eilender, MS, RD, CDN, is a doctoral candidate at Teachers College in the Behavioral Nutrition Program in the Department of Health Studies and Educational Psychology. She earned a master鈥檚 degree in clinical nutrition at New York University and is a registered dietitian with more than fifteen years of teaching experience as an adjunct professor at Hunter College, American University, and the undergraduate nursing program at Saint Peter鈥檚 University. Currently, Elizabeth provides individualized nutrition counseling services for a private telehealth practice based in New Jersey.
