Columbia’s Morningside Campus

This summer, Columbia University instituted a color-coded for Morningside Campus to simplify communication regarding the current circumstances on and around the campus. The Morningside Campus status level is based upon the potential disruption to CU’s academic mission and/or campus operations.

Columbia University has announced effective Monday, August 12, the Columbia Morningside will be for all hours of the day. This change is intended to keep community members safe given reports of potential disruptions at Columbia and on college campuses across the country at the beginning of the academic year. For more information please see the

As Columbia affiliates, Teachers College community members (Students, Faculty, and Staff) with a valid 麻豆原创ID will have continued access to the Morningside Campus. 麻豆原创 Community members are encouraged to periodically check the Columbia Public Safety website for information, changes, and updates.

Teachers College Campus

While 麻豆原创 takes CU’s campus access status into consideration, we make determinations about access to 麻豆原创’s campus based on our own distinct operational needs. As of this time there are no campus access changes at 麻豆原创. Given our standing campus access policy and limited points of access, no changes or updates have been deemed necessary. Please be assured, 麻豆原创 is in regular communication with our university partners at Columbia University, local NYC officials, and beyond. Should campus access modifications be necessary at 麻豆原创, the College will be sure to communicate this information to all community members.

Access to the 麻豆原创 academic campus is through the main entrance at the Zankel Building. A valid 麻豆原创ID or a valid ID card from an affiliated institution of Columbia University must be presented for access. All non-affiliated visitors to 麻豆原创’s campus must enter through the main entrance at the Zankel Building, present a valid ID, and check-in for campus access. For more information refer to 麻豆原创’s Campus Access policy.
