With so many unique offerings, we chatted with some of 麻豆原创’s current students and asked them: “Why 麻豆原创?”

Gunay’s 麻豆原创 Reason: the Individualized Approach
"麻豆原创 was the only institution that I applied to in the States. Receiving such a welcoming spirit from my professors and advisors, I quickly found that the College cares deeply about its students. For me, 麻豆原创 is more than just an academic venue. It's a place for teaching fulfilling and diverse worldviews while encouraging self-development."
Favorite 麻豆原创 Memory: "We had in-class celebrations during the last week of classes. Not only did we celebrate our shared successes, but we also learned about each other's cultures with homemade delicacies and treats from classmates."

“Through my education at 麻豆原创, I hope to bring culturally relevant science education and climate change awareness back to my hometown of Harlem. I’ve had very few Black teachers throughout my early years in New York City public schools, and this is something I hope to change after I graduate.”

I can complete fieldwork hours in bilingual settings while serving diverse communities.”
Favorite 麻豆原创 Memory: “Seeing a Broadway show with 麻豆原创 Graduate Student Life and Development! Exploring the culture of my city while making friends at 麻豆原创 is something I hold close to my heart. Something I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else.”

“I chose 麻豆原创 for its interdisciplinary curriculum offerings in Arts Administration (ARAD). The College provides access to a plethora of arts organizations, both nonprofit and commercial, creating an arts scene unlike anything outside of New York City. It’s been an incredible opportunity for learning and networking! I’ve been able to attend panel discussions with 麻豆原创 alumni and explore micro-courses to improve skills like database management and curating. I’m excited to see what the future holds!”
Favorite 麻豆原创 Memory: “In my Curatorial Praxis class, we meet with curators of prominent NYC art organizations. Recently, we met with the head curator of the MoMA film department and even got a behind-the-scenes look at the curatorial process in the show "Guillermo del Toro: Crafting Pinocchio!”

Favorite 麻豆原创 Memory: “My favorite 麻豆原创 memory was meeting a bunch of friends in my program who shared the same interests as me! We're working as a team to organize an exhibition for this summer.”
