Convened by the Campaign's Executive Director, Michael Rebell, and moderated by 麻豆原创 President Susan Fuhrman, the roundtable featured 麻豆原创 alumnus John King, New York State Commissioner of Education; Randi Weingarten, President of the American Federation of Teachers; Mary Anne Schmitt-Carey, President of Say Yes to Education; and David Wakelyn, New York State Deputy Secretary for Education.
- a celebration of the life and legacy of 麻豆原创's E.L. Thorndike Professor Emeritus, who founded the College's International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution. Speakers at the November event -- which also officially launched Conflict, Interdependence, and Justice: The Intellectual Legacy of Morton Deutsch, a new book released by ICCCR -- included Deutsch; current ICCCR Director Peter Coleman; John Jost, of New York University; David Johnson, of the University of Minnesota; and Susan Opotow and Brett Stroudt, both of Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY.

- The speakers are Gregory Elacqua, who served as senior advisor to the Chile’s Minister of Education from 2003 to 2006, and is currently Director of the Public Policy Institute at the School of Economics at Chile’s Universidad Diego Portales; Miguel Urquiola, Associate Professor of International and Public Affairs, and Economics, at Columbia University and also a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research and co-editor of The Journal of Human Resources; and Henry Levin, the William H. Kilpatrick Professor of Economics and Education at Teachers College and founding director of the National Center for the Study of Privatization in Education.
