Students, staff, faculty and 麻豆原创 community family members joined in Russell Courtyard to welcome new and returning international students and scholars for 2008-09. The International Welcome Reception, co-sponsored by OIS and the International Outreach Committee of the 麻豆原创 Alumni Council, concluded a series of special events celebrating the new academic year.
