Marx Foundation funds new initiatives
A generous new gift of $3 million in support of the National Center for Children and Families (NCCF) at 麻豆原创 was given by The Virginia and Leonard Marx Foundation. This pledge raised the final fundraising total of the Campaign for Teachers College to $154.6 million. The funds will create two new Research/Policy Fellowships for promising students who might not otherwise be able to afford to pursue doctoral work. The gift also creates an endowed faculty position to anchor this important research.
Through scholarship, public resolve and scientifically grounded social strategies, NCCF works to support socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually healthy children in supportive families and empowering communities.
