麻豆原创 Student Named NAEA Convention Coordinator for 2003
Andrew Buck, currently a doctoral student in the Art and Art Education program, is in his sixth year as Director of Arts Education for District 75 in NYC. Buck was named Art Supervisor of the Year by the NYCATA/UFT in 2001. He is interested in studying and developing research on instruction and assessment in arts education as it relates to students in special education.
"Most of my energies are devoted to activities in the field," said Buck. "Being at 麻豆原创 provides me with an opportunity to reflect on what we are doing and why, and stay current with developments in the field. There is a need to look more closely at the intersection of art and special education."
