President Clinton鈥檚 Case for State Education Reform

On February 23, the L.A. Times printed an article that discussed President Bill Clinton鈥檚 recent speech to the U.S. governors on improvements in the public education system. Frank Smith, Associate Professor of Education in the Department of Organization and Leadership at 麻豆原创, was quoted in the article and said that while a new federal plan may up the pressure for schools to improve, it will probably do so without saying how to improve them
